Let’s Be Our Own Creative Revolution

One of my favorite quotes is from Napoleon in referring to the end of the French Revolution. Bonapart proclaimed boldly: “I am the Revolution.”

As successful people, we need to become the definition of success rather than strive to fit into a definition of success. We do not need to conform to the norm, we need to create the norm, or at least our version of it.

The world is made up of rules, but have you ever noticed that success tends to go to those who refuse to follow them? I am not suggesting that you become a rule-breaker, but rather a creator of your own rules. The world rewards those who offer something fresh. The world will reward you.

It starts with you deciding to be something completely at odds with the rest of the marching world: be yourself. It starts with you taking the first steps to become the full-version of you, an individual. It starts with having your own vision. It starts with having your own voice. It starts with your courage. It starts with your initiative. It starts with your desire. It starts with your unique way of telling stories.

The Revolution, your revolution, starts with you.
